Tex-Mex Grilled Fajita’s ~ Beef and Chicken Fajita’s with Peppers and Onions – $16.50/person
Choose two (2) of the following Scratch-Made Side Items:

- Refried Beans
- Borracho Beans
- Black Beans
- San Antonio Creamed Corn
- Skillet Fried Corn

(Corn & Black Bean Salad) - Add’l sides – add $2.00/person
Fiesta ala Mexicana includes: flour tortillas; pico de gallo; hot, fresh hand-cut tortilla chips and salsa fresca.
Additional items upon request include:
- Holy Guacamole-add $3/person
- Texas Queso Dip-add $3/person
- Sour cream, shredded cheese and shredded lettuce-add $3/person
All events are catered to your location and served buffet style.
Smokin O’s will provide two staff members who will set up and replenish the buffet, assist guests, and clean up buffet area at designated time.
